After nearly a year and a half of the club being closed due to the COVID-19, we are finally glad to say that we will be resuming Judo classes from the 10th September 2021.
We will of course still be taking precautions due to the close contact nature of our sport to keep students and coaches safe. So on this point if any student is exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or any flu like symptoms they will not be allowed to practice. You can find the main symptoms of COVID-19 on the NHS website Important: In order to start training again, students must hold an up to date British Judo Council (BJC) membership. You can contact them on 01692 580900 or via email on [email protected] to renew. If you have any questions please contact me via email on [email protected] Stay Safe David Lydon Head Coach Today the coaches at Kyu Kitso Judo Club have decided to close the club until further notice.
The health and safety of our students are paramount and with Judo being a close contact sport we felt that in light of recent government announcements regarding COVID-19, it wouldn’t be wise to remain open. We thank everyone who supports the club from members, coaches and parents. Please keep checking on our Facebook page, Instagram and website (www.kyukitso.co.uk) for updates and news. If you have any questions please contact me via email on [email protected] Stay Safe David Lydon Head Coach The Chalfont Championship will be held on Saturday 28th March 2020.
