New Judo mats

1/9/2022

Finally after trying to get new mats before the start of the pandemic, we have managed to replace our very old mats (40+ years) with new mats from Blitz Sport. Special thanks goes to Ealing Council who purchased the mats for our club.
Sensei Kevin and David, cleaned the dojo before laying the new mats, so the dojo was ready for classes to begin the next evening.

Club Re-opening on 10th September 2021

27/8/2021

After nearly a year and a half of the club being closed due to the COVID-19, we are finally glad to say that we will be resuming Judo classes from the 10th September 2021.

We will of course still be taking precautions due to the close contact nature of our sport to keep students and coaches safe. So on this point if any student is exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or any flu like symptoms they will not be allowed to practice.

You can find the main symptoms of COVID-19 on the NHS website

Important: In order to start training again, students must hold an up to date British Judo Council (BJC) membership. You can contact them on 01692 580900 or via email on admin@britishjudocouncil.org to renew.

If you have any questions please contact me via email on kyukitso@gmail.com

Club closure

17/3/2020

Today the coaches at Kyu Kitso Judo Club have decided to close the club until further notice.
The health and safety of our students are paramount and with Judo being a close contact sport we felt that in light of recent government announcements regarding COVID-19, it wouldn’t be wise to remain open.
We thank everyone who supports the club from members, coaches and parents. Please keep checking on our Facebook page, Instagram and website (www.kyukitso.co.uk) for updates and news.
If you have any questions please contact me via email on kyukitso@gmail.com
